3. Friendly Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Here’s how we handle returns:

  • Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Approval is subject to manufacturer guidelines, and any applicable restocking fees will apply.
  • Refunds cannot be processed after 30 days, but we’ll work with you to find alternative solutions where possible.

We’ll make every effort to assist with returns or exchanges and to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.


4. Payment Terms That Work for Everyone

We believe in fairness and transparency in financial matters:

  • If you are granted “Net-##” payment terms, we trust that payments will be made within the agreed period.
  • For late payments, a finance charge equal to the greater of 1.5% of the overdue balance per month or any late payment fees charged by our vendors may be applied.
  • If difficulties arise, we encourage open communication so we can work together on a solution.

We rely on timely payments to keep everything running smoothly, and we commit to being understanding and fair if challenges arise.


5. Shipping and Handling

We aim to deliver your products safely and efficiently:

  • Products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from the point of origin. Once your items are handed to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you.
  • We’ll always provide tracking details and updates to keep you informed every step of the way.

We take every precaution to ensure your shipment arrives in perfect condition and are here to help should any issues occur.
