The SVPP grant
The DOJ COPS Office School Violence Prevention Program (SVPP) funds security improvements at K-12 schools and school grounds, including cameras, access control, locks, lighting, and emergency notification technology.

The security record
In an industry where high-profile camera platform breaches have made national news, Rhombus has no known history of security breaches or litigation. That's not luck. It's architecture:
- Built by cybersecurity people. The founding team previously built Mojave Networks, a cybersecurity company acquired by Sophos. Security came first, cameras came second.
- No god-mode account. There is no super admin at Rhombus that can reach into customer accounts, and no backdoors. Nobody at Rhombus can view your video.
- Support access is yours to grant. Even Rhombus support engineers only get access when you intentionally grant it, time-limited and fully logged in your audit trail.
- Zero-trust by design. Encryption in transit and at rest, automatic security patching, SOC 2 reporting and penetration test summaries available under NDA, GDPR and CCPA alignment, and an active responsible disclosure program.
